Humanitarian and compassionate applications are given consideration under Section 25 and 25(1) of IRPA. The grounds under which H&C applications will not be examined or given consideration will be presented along with:

Restrictions and Exceptions on who can apply and when they can apply in any given situation; Educator will also cover the importance of knowing which factors are given consideration in an H&C application and how to present the factors for the possibility of favorable consideration.
