Circumstances may arise when claimants or counsels may have to make a serious decision or act within legal limitation for a better remedy. This could occur during the application process, before or during the hearing, after the hearing or at any given time in the decision making process.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse in any way and is not considered a ground to be considered in any legal process.

This course class may assist attendees to understand the formula to identify such situations and apply as per the law.
