Given the nature and sensitivity of the class it is critically important for all parties involved to understand the legal interpretation of the acts and rules applied in decisions by the visa office or CIC before applying for appeal.

The appeal process is time-consuming and requires expert knowledge. In many situations well-prepared and presented appeals are the only solutions for possible remedy under the act. This is possible only if measures are taken to assess the situation, and evidence is gathered that may assist to establish appellant’s case before the decision maker.

This course class may assist attendees to assess their options based on legal interpretation of the regulations applied against applicant and prepare appeal with solid grounds. This class will also prepare attendees for full hearing presentation and the process.
